  • Return Eligibility: Items must be in the same condition as received (unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging) along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Damages and Issues

3. Exchanges

  • Process: To exchange an item, return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

4. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

  • Special Rights for EU Customers: If your order is shipped to the European Union, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The same return conditions apply.
